Latin American Operations Ambassador Directors

Daniel Gustavo Quiroz Villalobos - Operations Director Manager, Latin America Daniel Gustavo Quiroz Villalobos serves as the Operations Director Manager for Latin America at Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc., bringing a wealth of experience in youth development, sports management, and educational program integration to the team. With deep roots in baseball, Daniel has dedicated over 20 years to managing youth and major baseball teams. His leadership extends to international roles; he currently serves as the Mexico & Latin America National Commissioner for Babe Ruth League – Cal Ripken, a position held since 2021, and was honored as the Babe Ruth League Volunteer of the Year in 2023.

His commitment to blending athletics and education is further demonstrated by his previous role as Sports Director for PROBEIS, a significant Federal Government project in Mexico. There, he was instrumental in creating specialized high schools focused on sports and education, developing their sports curricula, and implementing extensive talent scouting programs. Daniel is passionate about working with families and student-athletes, focusing on their holistic growth in and out of the classroom. While his extensive background is in baseball development, he embraces the opportunity to apply these proven principles of mentorship, program building, and community engagement to support Legends2Legacy's work in developing football student-athletes and others across the Americas.
He believes strongly in fostering environments where young people can excel both academically and athletically. He views his role at Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc. as the perfect opportunity to serve others, leveraging his cross-border experience and dedication to youth empowerment to expand the foundation's positive impact throughout Latin America. Daniel holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua and Environmental & Safety Engineering from UACH Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua.

Carlos Alberto Quiroz Villalobos is a passionate and experienced Head Coach with over 15 years of leading youth and junior American football teams in Sonora, Mexico. His dedication and expertise have led his teams to win national football championships.

He has a deep passion for coaching and nurturing new athletic talent, with a special focus on American football. Recognized as a strong leader, Carlos has successfully developed young athletes, inspiring them to continue in the sport and helping many secure college scholarships.
 

His love and passion for football run in his blood, having played the sport himself during high school and university in Mexico. This passion is reflected in his personal life; he was the first coach and mentor to his two sons, Carlos Jr. and Iván, guiding them from their early days in youth and high school football. His mentorship proved so impactful that both sons not only earned college scholarships but were also selected to represent Mexico in American football.
 

In addition to his extensive sports background, Carlos holds a professional degree in Business Administration obtained in Mexico.

Strategic Risk Operations Director (SROD):

Keaton Watson

 Develops and implements risk management strategies

   - Conducts regular risk assessments and creates mitigation plans

   - Monitors industry trends and regulatory changes

   - Develops crisis management and business continuity plans

   - Provides data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making

 

Keaton Watson- is a biomedical engineer with a passion for sports and technology. He contributes to advancements in the field by day, while in his free time, he's a driving force behind Warpstream – an innovative app that empowers athletes and parents to effortlessly capture and share their winning moments using iPhones.  A dedicated family man, Keaton is incredibly proud of his daughter who is pursuing her academic dreams at Spelman College, and enjoys supporting his 13-year-old son's passion for football.  He cherishes spending time with his family and watching his children grow and pursue their passions.

Kristle Brooks

​Director of Strategic Partnerships & Financial Literacy (DSPFL):

Develops and implements financial literacy programs for student-athletes

    - Identifies and secures partnerships to support financial education initiatives

    - Creates curriculum and resources for financial management skills

    - Coordinates with schools and community organizations for program implementation

    - Measures and reports on the impact of financial literacy programs

 

Kristle Brooks is the CEO, Licensed Independent Life Insurance Adviser, and Certified Financial Education Instructor at Kristle Brooks Investments LLC. She has a passion for being an educator and advocate for people who need help with their finances, regardless of their income level.

She founded Kristle Brooks Investments based on my values of being an educator, resource, and giving back to the community. She aims to create a financial platform for the community, and a safe space for open discussions about their financial journey without judgment. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has 17 years in the mortgage sector and almost 3 years in life insurance, retirement planning, and financial coaching. Her goal is to help you identify the "why" behind your financial hardships and work towards changing your money mindset and relationship with money, enabling you to achieve financial freedom. She is currently licensed in IN, IL, MO, MI, GA, PA, AZ, TN.

She is a recipient of P30 2024 Silver Fox Media Trailblazer Award for hrt work in the community with financial literacy.

She is also a passionate and supportive mother to her three sons. Spending time with family, traveling, and sports are among her favorite activities.

Director of Strategic Football Development & Outreach. (DSFDO)

La’Shaun Sams

La’Shaun Sams is a highly accomplished athletic trainer, coach, and community advocate with over two decades of experience developing student-athletes and transforming lives. A 4x state and national champion with Potter’s House Christian Academy and a 2x middle school champion with Jean Ribault, La’Shaun’s winning pedigree also includes youth national and regional titles with the Duval Jags, along with city championships earned at Oceanway and ForestView. As an NCAA recruiter and All-American Camp Recruiting Coordinator, La’Shaun has played a pivotal role in shaping the athletic and academic futures of countless young athletes. His career spans 22 years as a Master Certified Trainer through ACE, and he has served as a collegiate wide receiver and pass-game coordinator, where he coached both a Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year in the CIAA.

 

Deeply rooted in the community, La’Shaun is a passionate activist who has coached for more than 20 years and helped place over 5,800 young men and women into colleges, trade schools, the military, and civil service careers. His impact extends far beyond the field, guiding young people toward opportunity, discipline, and success.

Glen Killough

With over two decades of experience both on and off the field, Glen Killough is a seasoned leader dedicated to empowering young athletes and students through education, mentorship, and athletic excellence.

 

Boasting 21 years of football coaching experience, Glen has developed and led successful programs that prioritize discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. His passion for youth development extends beyond the sidelines Glen has spent 20 years in education, including 8 years specializing in special education, where he has worked closely with students of all abilities to help them thrive academically and socially.

 

As a co-founder of two youth football organizations, Glen has played a pivotal role in creating inclusive, community-driven programs that teach not just the fundamentals of the sport but also life skills that last well beyond the game.

 

Whether he's designing game plans or individualized learning strategies, Glen brings a deep commitment to building confidence, character, and opportunity for the next generation.

National  Athlete Operations Director (NAOD)

D’Andre Nixon

D’Andre Nixon is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and dedicated advocate for youth and the arts based in Gastonia, North Carolina. As the founder and CEO of *Money Vault Clothing* and *Nourish Me Seamoss*He has built bold, purpose-driven brands that fuse empowerment, hustle, and culture. Since launching in 2021, his streetwear line has emerged as a local standout, bridging fashion with community impact.

 

Professionally, Nixon serves as a Customer Advocate in the Executive Office at Wells Fargo, where he manages high-level client relations and conflict resolution with professionalism, integrity, and care.

 

His commitment to service extends beyond business. Nixon is the former Treasurer of the Gaston Arts Council, where he played a key role in the financial stewardship of arts programming and cultural initiatives throughout Gaston County.

 

In the realm of education and youth development, he serves as the Athletic Director at Grier Middle School. In this role, he oversees sports programming, nurtures student-athletes, and fosters a culture rooted in teamwork, discipline, and pride. His leadership has created meaningful opportunities for students to grow not just in athletics, but in character and confidence.

 

Whether in the boardroom, the classroom, or the community, D’Andre Nixon leads with excellence, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit. He is driven by a mission to inspire growth, forge strong connections, and leave a lasting legacy. More than a businessman, he is a builder of people, purpose, and community.

Michael L. Overton Jr.

Michael L. Overton Jr., widely known as “Coach O,” is a distinguished youth sports coach, mentor, and U.S. Air Force veteran. A former multi-sport athlete who lettered in football, basketball, and track, his passion for sports began early. After his athletic career at the high school and junior college levels, he joined the U.S. Air Force.

It was this pivotal experience that shaped his professional path, building a coaching philosophy over the last 25 years rooted in discipline, structure, and a profound commitment to service. Coach O has a proven track record of elevating athletic programs and individual talent. He has led multiple state and nationally ranked teams, including the 9u XFactor Elite and the BTL Kingz 7v7 program.

His expertise has been instrumental in coaching and training phenomenal athletes across Texas, many of whom have advanced to successful collegiate and professional careers. Driven by a passion to provide equitable opportunities, Coach O founded 474 Sports to bring elite, high-quality performance training to dedicated athletes in smaller communities.

This initiative, along with his formation of GrindHouse Training during the 2020 pandemic, demonstrates his unwavering commitment to youth empowerment. His motto, “Hard Work Pays Off,” encapsulates his mission to instill a powerful work ethic in every athlete he mentors. To further support his hands-on experience, Coach O holds an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology and Sociology from Blinn College and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
