(Event Registration and Participation Guide: Game of the Americas All-American Bowl Week)
To ensure a seamless experience for the Game of the Americas All-American Bowl Week, presented by the Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc., please follow the sequential steps outlined below to complete your registration and fulfill all participation requirements.

Step One: Online Registration via Sports Connect/Stack Sports
Begin by visiting the "Registration" section of our website to complete your registration through the Sports Connect platform.
You will be required to create both a Parent Profile and a Player Profile.
During registration, you must choose one of the following payment options:
– Submit a deposit $250
– Pay in full $550
– Select an installment plan
If you intend to participate in the fundraising option, you must select the installment plan during registration.
Event insurance must be purchased at the same time as your registration payment. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Purchasing event insurance is the only way to safeguard your financial investment.
Step Two: Mandatory Sports Thread Player Verification
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to complete a second verification step through our trusted partner, Sports Thread. This step is mandatory and designed to ensure the safety, accuracy, and integrity of all participants.
After paying your registration fee through Stack Sports / Sports Connect, you will be prompted to verify the player’s position once more. Our internal team will then review and confirm the information submitted. If any changes were made during initial registration, we will update the position to reflect your original submission.
Important: No participant will be allowed to take part in any event unless this second step is completed and verified. Your cooperation ensures a safe and well-organized experience for everyone involved, while also supporting the operational effectiveness of our nonprofit mission.
A one-time fee of $15 is required for this step, which covers the verification process and includes a digital Sports Thread ID card valid for one calendar year at all Sports Thread-affiliated events.
Step Three: Fundraising via TeamUp
If you are chosen to participate in a fundraising campaign through TeamUp, you will receive a separate email containing detailed instructions.
Participants will have a 35-day window to complete all assigned fundraising activities.
Step Four: Hotel Accommodations
This is a designated "Stay-to-Play" event. All participants are required to book lodging through our official hospitality partner, TeamInn.
Failure to stay within the designated hotel block may lead to penalties. We advise securing your room reservations early to prevent any potential issues.
Step Three: Fundraising via TeamUp
If you are chosen to participate in a fundraising campaign through TeamUp, you will receive a separate email containing detailed instructions.
Participants will have a 35-day window to complete all assigned fundraising activities.
Step Four: Hotel Accommodations
This is a designated "Stay-to-Play" event. All participants are required to book lodging through our official hospitality partner, TeamInn.

Five: Guardian Cap Requirement
All participating athletes are required to wear a Guardian Cap during all on-field activities—no exceptions. This is the only approved external headgear permitted for the event.

Non-Profit Discount: To receive the special non-profit rate, be sure to select Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc. from the list of organizations during registration.
