Meet Our Executive Board

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Thomas S. Epps
Thomas's journey in youth sports began with Pop Warner, where he founded and served as president of a youth football organization. This experience ignited his passion for fostering athletic and personal growth in young athletes. He then took on a leadership role in creating one of the first Mid-Atlantic youth football travel leagues under the umbrella of United Youth Football, one of the nation's leading youth football organizations. This league spanned from New York to Washington DC, providing opportunities for young athletes to compete at a high level.
Following his success with the travel league, he transitioned to an executive role with Premier Showcase, an All American football camp brand, where he further honed his skills in youth sports marketing and development. This experience, coupled with his previous roles, provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the youth sports landscape, from grassroots organizations to elite training programs.
Throughout his career, he's also leveraged his strategic sales and marketing expertise to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth for big box brands in the technology and mobile industries. Furthermore, at a specialized high school recruiting marketing agency focused on lacrosse and football, he dedicated himself to helping student-athletes secure academic and athletic scholarship offers. Over a 15-year period, those under his guidance were able to secure over $13 million in scholarships.
His commitment to student-athlete development is deeply personal. Thomas's son overcame learning differences to excel as a junior college football player and is now completing his communications degree. Even though he's moved on from his playing days, his dedication to sports lives on. He currently works as a sports photographer and videographer at Wilmington University and awesomely freelances at local high school games, capturing exciting moments on the field. His journey embodies our foundation's belief that all students deserve unwavering support and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Thomas's daughter embodies the epitome of a student-athlete. As a goalie for Adelphi University's women's lacrosse team, she achieved two national championships while maintaining a 3.5 GPA, all while being an honor student throughout her academic career. She graduated with a degree in political science and currently works in Washington DC as a lobbyist.
Through Legend2Legacy Foundation Inc., we address critical needs in youth athletics, particularly for students facing learning differences or socioeconomic barriers. With the support of his beautiful wife by his side, they combine his corporate leadership experience with sports industry expertise and personal insights as parents to create inclusive environments. These environments support student-athletes' holistic development through mentorship, educational resources, and athletic opportunities.
Our foundation applies proven business principles to non-profit sports management while maintaining a deep understanding of families' needs. This approach allows us to create sustainable programs that transform young athletes' lives both on and off the field.
