Thomas began his journey in youth sports with Pop Warner, where he founded and served as president of a youth football organization, sparking a lifelong passion for developing young athletes. He later helped create one of the first Mid-Atlantic youth football travel leagues under United Youth Football, offering high-level competition from New York to Washington, DC.

He went on to hold an executive role with Premier Showcase, an All-American football camp brand, gaining deep expertise in youth sports development and marketing. Alongside this, Thomas leveraged his strategic sales and marketing background to drive multimillion-dollar growth for major technology and mobile brands. At a high school recruiting marketing agency, he helped student-athletes secure over $13 million in academic and athletic scholarships over 15 years.

Thomas’s commitment to student-athletes is personal. His son overcame learning differences to succeed as a junior college football player and is now completing a communications degree. His daughter, a standout goalie at Adelphi University, won two national lacrosse championships, maintained a 3.5 GPA, and now works as a lobbyist in Washington, DC.

Today, Thomas works as a sports photographer and videographer at Wilmington University and covers local high school athletics. Through Legend2Legacy Foundation Inc., he and his wife combine corporate leadership, sports industry experience, and lived parental insight to support student-athletes—especially those facing learning or socioeconomic challenges—by creating inclusive, sustainable programs that foster success both on and off the field.
