His commitment to identifying and showcasing talent scaled to the national stage when Thomas led one of America's larger "Big Box" showcase All-American camp brands. Thomas brings more than 25 years of executive sales and marketing management expertise to the foundation. Drawing on over two decades of dedicated experience in Higher Education Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Non-Profit Management, Lynn has established herself as a go-to expert in turning impactful visions into concrete, human-centered action.

Lynn’s core mission is truly uplifting: developing the next generation of Future-Ready leaders. You can see this dedication firsthand at the University of Delaware, where as the Director of Career Connections & Experiences, she spearheads vital initiatives that equip students with essential Career Development and real-world experiential learning. Her impressive journey includes high-impact roles like Senior Associate Director of Employer & Alumni Engagement at UD and Director of Talent Acquisition at INROADS, where she championed diversity and professional development across the sector.

In her role as COO at Legends2Legacy, Lynn brings her deep expertise to oversee the Operational Infrastructure and fuel Strategic Growth. She ensures all programs are aligned with academic excellence, specifically to prepare student-athletes for success long after their sports careers. This includes managing complex, large-scale events like the Game of The Americas Bowl Week.

Always striving for growth, Lynn is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Delaware, reinforcing her commitment to organizational growth and student success. Lynn is much more than an executive,

she is the essential bridge connecting high-level strategy with hands-on, human-centered operational excellence.

Michael Solanik: Strategic Partnerships & Development Advisor (SPDA)

Michael Solanik isn't just a Strategic Partnerships & Development Advisor (SPDA) for the Legends2Legacy Foundation; he's a true connector and champion for student-athletes. As an Executive Board Member, Michael is driven by a powerful belief in expanding the foundation's reach, focusing on sports tourism to build the essential infrastructure and capital needed to make their mission a national success story.

When you look at Michael's career, you see a master class in building bridges. During his extensive time with Babe Ruth League, Inc., including roles like National Baseball Commissioner and Strategic Partnership Manager, he didn't just manage the Cal Ripken World Series, he was instrumental in its global success, navigating complex international relationships to truly expand its footprint.

What really sets Michael apart is his unique ability to see the connection between facility management and community development. He is widely respected for his gift of uniting non-profit organizations with Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs). That genuine, collaborative spirit is what led to the crucial partnership with Branson, Missouri, transforming it into a premier location for signature foundation events.

Today, as the foundation’s trusted advisor for growth, Michael’s focus is on securing a bright future. He personally oversees:

Tevaughnt L. Epps: Director of Experience (DOX)

Tevaughnt L. Epps is the energetic Director of Experience (DOX) and an Executive Board Member for the Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc. A dynamic leader with a unique blend of athletics, creativity, and hospitality, Tevaughnt is the visionary who crafts the high-quality, professional “look and feel” of the foundation's premier events.

Rooted deeply in the sports world, Tevaughnt’s journey began as a junior college football player before he transitioned into a versatile coach and creative professional. He currently inspires middle and high school athletes as an Assistant Coach at Red Lion Christian Academy, where he leads the linebacker and running back squads. His extensive coaching path also includes significant roles as a quality control coach and an assistant student coach with the Delaware Gamecocks (NCAA junior college club program).

Beyond the sidelines, Tevaughnt is a rising sports photographer and videographer. He captures the intensity and emotion of the game for both Wilmington University and Red Lion Christian Academy, as well as through his own freelance work at local high school showcases. This sharp eye for detail—honed during his time in the hospitality industry at the Christiana Hilton—is what ensures every Legends2Legacy event is engaging and professionally executed.

Currently a Senior at Wilmington University completing his degree in Communications (Media-Communications), Tevaughnt’s commitment to the foundation is deeply personal. Having personally overcome learning differences as a young athlete, he brings a powerful perspective to the organization's mission. He uses his platform to inspire the next generation to see their own “True Potential,” offering human-to-human connection as an inspiring leader committed to making a difference regardless of the obstacles they face.

Steven Hackney: Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the Legends2Legacy Foundation.

Steven Hackney is a distinguished sports executive and legal strategist, serving as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the Legends2Legacy Foundation. He is often recognized as the organization's "Guardian of Integrity" and "Voice of Reason," committed to ensuring the highest standards of ethics, financial transparency, and legal compliance across all operations.

With a professional foundation built on over two decades of military discipline, elite legal expertise, and sharp sports industry acumen, Steve brings a unique perspective to his role. He is an NFL Certified Agent and a Certified NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) Advisor, notably representing elite athletes, including Mike Evans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

His career highlights include his time as the Director of Operations for Maven Sports & Entertainment, where he specialized in high-stakes client representation, complex contract negotiations, and critical business operations. His deep legal and business insights proved essential in navigating the competitive world of professional sports.

A veteran of the U.S. military, Steve's leadership is informed by his service as an Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer. As an Executive Board Member and the architectural mind behind the high-performance training curricula for the Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc, Brandon's work transcends the field, using sports as a powerful vehicle for life success.

A premier voice in youth sports development, Brandon brings extensive football coaching and administration experience. His distinguished playing career includes being an All-State player in Ohio and, most recently, his selection into the City of Toledo's Hall of Fame as a football player in 2025. He currently serves as the successful Head Football Coach at Ottawa Hills High School, where his philosophy builds discipline, teamwork, and resilience. His entrepreneurial spirit shines as the Founder and CEO of Elite Athletics Academy, an organization focused on elite-level training and skill refinement. Brandon's renowned "eye for talent" led to his selection as the Director of Talent for the 2024 All State Game, tasked with identifying and scouting top middle school football players across Ohio.

Brandon Carter is more than a coach; he is a passionate advocate dedicated to developing great athletes and, more importantly, great people.

Kristle Brooks

Kristle Brooks is a highly accomplished strategic leader and Executive Board Member for the Legends2Legacy Foundation Inc., where she serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Financial Literacy (DSPFL). With nearly 20 years in the financial industry, Kristle specializes in wealth management and financial literacy.

She is a dedicated advocate for empowering youth and is the architect of the foundation's initiatives focused on economic empowerment and financial stability. Kristle is recognized for forging elite connections within the financial sector to ensure student-athletes and their families access high-level financial education, typically reserved for professional sports management.

Her core work is centered on teaching the fundamentals of generational wealth creation, investment diversification, and asset management. She develops specialized curriculum that moves beyond basic saving, offering a deep dive into genuine fiscal responsibility and financial planning.

As an Associate Advisor with Mutual of Omaha, Kristle is passionate about educating people on investing in themselves and building their retirement portfolio.
