National General Manager (NGM)

Regional Director (RD)

You already know your community. You already have the relationships. Now put them to work in a role that pays you to do what you are already passionate about. As a Regional Director, you are the ground level heartbeat of Legend2Legacy, the person families trust, coaches call, and communities rally around. We give you the platform, the structure, and the support. You bring the passion and the people.

What This Gives You: income from hosting and posting events in your region, a role recruiting athletes and teams for Legend2Legacy events and Game of the Americas, and a regional network you build and grow on your own terms

What You'll Do: manage L2L operations across flag, 7v7, and tackle football in your region, recruit athletes and families, ensure clean registration through Sports Thread, and represent L2L at local tournaments and showcases

What We're Looking For: someone rooted in youth sports, coaching, or community work, with a strong local network and the discipline to grow independently

You have always been the one who showed up early, stayed late, and made sure every child felt seen. Now there is a national platform built exactly for you. The National Team Mom Director organizes and unifies the moms of football organizations, leagues, and schools under the Legend2Legacy banner, turning everyday care into structured community action and lasting awareness.

What You'll Do: lead the team mom network across your territory, advocate for student athletes and families, spread awareness of L2L's mission through schools and leagues, and support Regional Directors and NGMs with event operations and outreach

What We're Looking For: a passionate advocate for children and families, already active in youth sports or community organizations, and a natural connector ready to lead by example
