National General Manager (NGM)

Regional Director (RD)

As a Regional Director, you are the ground-level heartbeat of Legend2Legacy. You are the person families
trust, coaches call, and communities rally around. We give you the platform, the structure, and the support. You
bring the passion and the people.

• Help recruit athletes and teams for Legend2Legacy national events and the Game of the Americas.
• Participate in live and virtual events representing your region and the L2L brand.

content that promotes the mission and puts your story in front of a national audience.
• Build your own regional network and grow it as big as your vision allows.

What You Will Do
• Manage and grow L2L operations within your region across flag, 7v7, and tackle football.
• Recruit athletes, families, and organisations into the Legend2Legacy family.
• Be the trusted connection between local communities and the national organisation.
• Partner with your National General Manager on events, goals, and territory growth.
• Ensure clean registration for all athletes through Sports Thread.
• Represent L2L at tournaments, showcases, and community events in your area.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within schools, parks and rec, and local leagues.

National Team Mom Director (NTMD)
Care, Activism & Community Awareness | Flag, 7v7 & Tackle Football Operations
You have always been the one who showed up early, stayed late, and made sure every child
felt seen. Now there is a national platform built exactly for you.
The National Team Mom Director is the strongest and most visible community force in our entire organisation.
This role was designed for the mothers who already lead without a title. We are simply making it official, giving it
a national reach, and connecting it to a cause that is changing lives from the ground up.
NTMDs organise and unify the moms of football organisations, leagues, and schools under the Legend2Legacy
banner, turning everyday care into structured community action and lasting awareness.
What You Will Do
• Organise and lead the team mom network across your territory in flag, 7v7, and tackle programmes.
• Advocate powerfully for student-athletes and their families at every level.
• Spread awareness of L2L’s mission and events through schools, leagues, and community spaces.
• Participate in live and virtual events as a recognised leader and face of the L2L community.
• Contribute to our media arm by taking part in virtual symposiums, nuance conversations, and promotional
content that amplifies our message and puts powerful women’s voices at the forefront.
• Plan volunteer activities, family engagement events, and community initiatives.
• Support Regional Directors and NGMs with event operations and athlete registration outreach.
• Build a powerful, unified community of football moms focused on developing the whole child.
• Be the trusted, consistent, and visible voice for every family in your network.
