Game Structure

The game consists of four quarters.

First Three Quarters (1st, 2nd, 3rd): Each quarter lasts 12 minutes with standard regulation clock rules.

Fourth Quarter: This quarter lasts 15 minutes with a running clock. The clock will stop only for:

Player Rotation:

Matches typically involve First-Team Offense vs. First-Team Defense, and Second-Team Offense vs. Second-Team Defense.

Special Rules for 2nd-5th Grade:

No Blitzing: Defensive players must remain on their side of the line of scrimmage until the ball is snapped.

No Cut Blocks or Crack-Back Blocks: These techniques are prohibited at all times to reduce injury risk.

Extra Point Variations:

2nd-3rd Grade: Extra points are scored by running or passing from the 5-yard line.

4th-5th Grade: Extra points are scored by running, passing, or kicking from the 10-yard line.

Modified Contact: Contact is limited to ensure safety and help build player confidence.
Coaching Involvement
Coaches are permitted on the field to provide instruction and guidance during play.
